12-Month Warranty Coverage
All Petzuco products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
What’s Covered
- Product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
- Faulty or non-functioning components
- Abnormal operational issues not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
- Water damage from incorrect usage or overfilling
- Accidental damage (drops, breaks, or pet tampering)
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Contact our support team at contact@petzuco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (if possible)
- Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement part, full product replacement, or store credit.
Shipping & Returns
If your item qualifies under warranty, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. We may ask you to return the defective item for inspection (return labels may be provided depending on the case).
⚠️Important Notes
- Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from petzuco.com or authorized retailers.
- Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
- Warranty claims must be made within 12 months from the date of original purchase.
